3. True Ceylon Cinnamon
We use only true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) — delicately sweet and naturally low in coumarin — never harsh cassia.

What is Ceylon tea?
Ceylon tea is tea grown in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), prized for a naturally bold, bright and clean character shaped by high-altitude estates such as Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula and Uva. Authentic Ceylon tea carries the Sri Lanka Tea Board's Lion Logo — the official mark that it was grown, processed and packed in Sri Lanka.
What is teh Ceylon?

What is a dirty chai?

What makes Ceylon cinnamon different from cassia?
Most “cinnamon” sold worldwide is cassia — coarser, sharper, and naturally high in coumarin. True Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is delicately sweet, layered and naturally low in coumarin. It is one of Sri Lanka's most treasured exports, and the only cinnamon we use.
What are Silver Tips and Golden Tips?
They are Ceylon's rarest teas — individual buds picked by hand at dawn in tiny seasonal batches. Silver Tips brew a pale, silky, floral cup; Golden Tips carry notes of honey and caramel. Both are among the most limited harvests in the tea world.
